Responsible AI is to ensure that AI technologies are developed and applied in a fair, open, and moral manner. It seeks to lessen biases, promote fairness, and simplify the explanation of AI outcomes.
If you would like to learn about Responsible AI I have covered it in my previous blog post and the link is below.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management has introduced the Confirmed purchase orders with changes workspace, which uses Dynamics 365 Copilot to generate natural-language change summaries and draft communications for vendors.

This feature is part of the Procurement with Copilot feature set, which uses AI to assist procurement managers with their daily tasks. The workspace is designed to help procurement professionals review changes to confirmed purchase orders and mitigate downstream impacts.
Microsoft has done extensive testing and relies on user feedback to report inappropriate content. If abuse is detected, Microsoft may disable Copilot-driven features for selected customers. If you find such inappropriate content you could use the link to report to Microsoft.

What should you be aware of when using AI features?
As users/creators, you should be focusing on the fact that whenever for an example generative AI capabilities are used, generated content should always be reviewed and should never be used without manual review or supervision. Microsoft recommends doing this. This was mentioned for the D365 SCM feature “Confirmed purchase orders with changes“.
I have covered about this feature on a previous blog post if you would like to read you can find it using below link.
Also similar to above feature if there is a new customized feature which you are working as part of ISV or as a Partner need to be aware of the Responsible AI principles and adhere to those standards.
Thanks for reading this blog post. Will meet you again with the next post.
